The rules for using the OVAD LEV ARI Discord bot and its control panel.
Last updated 5 September 2026
These terms are between you and the staff of the OVAD LEV ARI Discord server — “we” below — and cover two things: the Discord bot running in the server, and the control panel (this site) that staff use to configure it.
They do not cover Discord itself, which has its own Terms of Service that continue to apply. If something here conflicts with a rule Discord imposes on bots or on server operators, Discord’s rule wins.
The bot is provided for members of this server, for the moderation, ticketing, activity-tracking, polling and event features it offers here. By using any of those features — opening a ticket, voting in the daily poll, joining a quiz — you agree to these terms.
Don’t use the bot to do anything that would already break this server’s rules or Discord’s Terms of Service, and don’t try to interfere with it — spamming it to cause errors, attempting to bypass moderation it applies to you, or probing it for vulnerabilities without permission from staff.
The control panel is for the server’s owners and for members holding a role that has been granted dashboard access. Signing in does not itself grant access — anyone else is refused at sign-in, regardless of whether they hold a Discord account.
If you have access, you agree to use it for its intended purpose — configuring the bot for this server — and not to share your session or access with anyone it was not granted to. Every configuration change you make is recorded against your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The bot and dashboard are run on a best-effort basis by server staff, not a company, and are provided as-is. We do not promise they will always be available, free of bugs, or behave exactly as documented.
We are not liable for anything that goes wrong from using or being unable to use them — a missed timeout expiry because the bot was offline, a lost ticket transcript, or similar. If you are relying on the bot for something important, keep your own record of it too.
Staff can take moderation action — warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans — through the bot according to the server’s own rules, and can grant or revoke dashboard access at their discretion, including from an existing owner or role holder.
We can also change, suspend or discontinue any feature of the bot or dashboard at any time, for any reason, including to fix a problem or because a feature is no longer maintained.
If these terms change, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Anything significant will be announced in the server rather than left here to be noticed. Continuing to use the bot or dashboard after a change means you accept the updated terms.
